Comparison of All Teaching Spaces

This chart documents the average room utilization across an institution’s entire stable of teaching spaces. This includes classrooms, seminar rooms, and teaching labs. The chart illustrates the variation in utilization rates of different spaces, and was used to develop a plan to increase the use of under-utilized spaces by renovations and right-sizing. Target utilization rates are indicated, and the goal of the overall project was to reach that target utilization level across all spaces.
