Area Allocation per Bench Researcher

Ellenzweig’s front-end programming and planning process includes a comprehensive analysis of all existing space assigned to the various research and engineering groups. Coordinated with the headcount analysis, these data are then organized by the different programmatic space types used by research and engineering groups. Once analyzed, we carefully document the existing space allocations and review with the client to ensure accuracy. Once vetted with the client, these metrics provide a strong baseline for comparative analyses and a solid benchmark for future space program developments.

The project data also includes information on the cost of various building systems and energy usage by building system; these data points are also useful for providing benchmarking analyses among buildings.
