Lorain County Community College New Laboratory Sciences Building

Ellenzweig provided programming, planning, architectural design, laboratory planning and design, and construction administration services for a new multidisciplinary science building that includes teaching laboratories and public space for the College’s Departments of Chemistry, Biology, and Physics. A feasibility study and programming were completed for the existing Physical Sciences Building, providing renovation options to accommodate new programs, including mathematics, in spaces to be vacated by Biology, Chemistry, and Physics upon their move into the new laboratory building. The feasibility/programming study also included renovation options for the Health Sciences Building.

Ellenzweig served as Design Architect and Laboratory Planner in a collaboration with Weber Murphy Fox, Architect of Record.
