Early Phase Sustainability Analysis

Ellenzweig implements early-phase building science/sustainability analysis, revealing programming and design implications in a virtual environment. BIM-derived simulations help to identify effective sustainability measures that lead to better-performing buildings and sustainable environments. We regard utilizing this technology-enabled analysis as a due diligence requirement to ensure that our buildings are optimized for both external and internal environments.
