Tracking Our Progress

As architects, we understand the need to exercise leadership in creating a more sustainable built environment. As signatories of the American Institute of Architects’ 2030 Commitment to achieve a carbon neutral environment by the year 2030, we report the designed energy use of our projects every year, tracking our performance relative to established benchmarks by the 2030 Challenge. The charts included here show the performance of each project with respect to “Predicted Energy Use Intensity” (pEUI), measured in kBtu/sf/year. As the chart demonstrates, our projects perform significantly better than the AIA national average, an outcome achieved through innovation and integrated design.
